How to Dress for a Summer WeddingOne of my favourite parts about weddings is seeing the stylish outfits ladies put together for their friends' and family's big day! Weddings are the perfect opportunity to dress up in your new favourite dress with some fabulous accessories, but not everyone sees choosing their outfit as such an exciting time. Every few weeks a girlfriend of mine frantically asks "What the heck am I supposed to wear?!", so I've teamed up with the fabulously stylish team at Gloss in downtown Kitchener to help you answer that question!A huge thank you to Rebecca at Gloss for keeping the people of Waterloo Region looking on trend all year round, and to Melanie from Gemini Models for being amazing at what you do.The first outfit is one of my faves! Everyone knows you can't wear white to a wedding, but this fun and flirty pattern differentiates your dress enough so that the bride won't feel like you're trying to up-stage her on her big day! Rebecca at Gloss always knows exactly how to accessorize to make any outfit look polished, and the unique pieces from Gloss will certainly draw attention!
I also adore florals, and anything that twirls with you as you dance the night away!
This dress is so sweet, the detail in the top is perfect!
I find a lot of women wear black to weddings because that's what they're most comfortable in. If you're one of those girls, check out this little black dress! The floral pattern in the dress, paired with a vibrant purse and necklace can spice up your classic go-to in to a fashionable and comfortable outfit!
This dress is simple, but when paired with gorgeous black earrings and a fun belt it looks elegant and put together.
This dress is the perfect mix of colour and is so on trend for this summer's wedding season, it can even carry over in to fall with bold orange and teal! And those necklaces... to die for.
This little orange dress is so much fun! One of my favourite parts of shopping at Gloss is going in and knowing I can trust Rebecca, Claudia and all the girls to choose pieces that I wouldn't have chosen for myself. If I had seen this dress on the rack I would likely have never given it a second glance, but leave it to the stylists at Gloss to come up with something unique and glam out of what most of us may have passed right by!
Much Love,Lindsay
