Happy New Year!! 2018 was an absolutely crazy year. I haven't done the official tally yet but I shot over 60 weddings at home and internationally, and around 500 engagement, family, newborn and commercial sessions. I tried to keep you updated on my instagram but got behind on blogging!So I'm going to be sharing a new wedding or session with you every day this week! For all of my 2019 and 2020 couples, I hope this gives you a bit of inspiration for planning the most joy-filled celebrations. To my 2018 couples, families and clients, thank you for trusting me with capturing your memories. It really is an honour, and I feel grateful every day that I get to wake up and do what I love. Today I'm sharing Lori & Rob's gorgeous Hacienda Sarria wedding with you! For any couples planning their weddings, Hacienda Sarria is hosting an Open House this Saturday from 10-3. You don't have to be a client of Hacienda Sarria's yet, but it's an amazing opportunity to meet their team, tour the property and say hi to their Recommended Vendors (I'll be there!). Back to Lori and Rob! These two threw an elegant, thoughtful, trendy but timeless wedding. Lori carefully thought out details (her hair piece and cake matched..wait until you see them, they're both stunning) and Rob was one of the sharpest dressed grooms I have ever seen. Getting to know them both was such a privilege.. from their sunset engagement session with their beautiful pup, to getting messages from Lori asking her my opinion on which gown she should choose (she went with my fave!), these two made me so grateful to be their photographer.
